Your documents and notes, organized locally.
ctLibrary™ is a free, offline-first mobile app for keeping important documents and personal notes in one place. Folders and categories you control. PDFs that open in-app. Notes that travel with them. No login, no cloud, no subscription.

The PDF you need is buried five apps deep.
Reference manuals live in email. Procedures live in Files. Quick notes live in a different app. When you actually need something, you're searching three places and finding it in none.
Somewhere between Gmail, Drive, and Files. By the time you find it, the install is half done.
Field reference materials are useless when they live behind a sign-in on a different device.
Notes app, group chat, sticky on the desk. None of them are next to the PDF the note is about.
ctLibrary™ puts the documents and the notes about them in one organized place — that works whether or not you have signal.
Folders, categories, and one big search bar.
A simple two-level structure you can shape to anything — work documents, field references, household paperwork, whatever you need at hand.
Create folders that fit your life
Work. Emergency Management. Personal. Or whatever you actually need. Pick an icon, a color, and you're done.
Drop documents and notes into categories
Share a PDF from email straight into a category. Tap "Add Note" to capture a quick procedure. Both live side by side.
Find anything in one search
Search document titles, descriptions, file names, note titles, and note bodies — all from one bar, instantly, offline.
A reference library that respects your time.
Designed to be useful the moment you open it — not after a 20-minute setup ritual.
PDFs open in-app
Tap a PDF and read it right inside ctLibrary™ — scroll, pinch to zoom, share, done. No bounce to another app.
Notes that live next to the docs
Type a quick procedure, troubleshooting tip, or reminder — and file it in the same category as the PDF it's about.
One search across everything
Documents and notes are searched together. Filter to PDFs, notes, favorites, or a single category when you need to narrow it down.
Import from anywhere
Share into ctLibrary™ from email, browsers, the Files app, cloud drives, and other apps. Or pick from the device file picker.
Previews for the common formats
Images, text, Markdown, and CSV preview in-app. Word, Excel, PowerPoint preview when possible — otherwise open with another app in one tap.
Favorites & recent
Star the documents and notes you reach for most. The Recent list keeps the last thing you opened one tap away.
Works fully offline
Browse folders, open PDFs, search, and write notes with airplane mode on. No connection required after install.
Share back out
Send a stored PDF to email, messages, AirDrop, or cloud drives — or share note text straight to anyone.
Private by design
No accounts, no cloud sync, no telemetry. Your documents and notes never leave the device.
Optional App Lock
Turn on a password — and Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock if you want it — so a borrowed or lost phone doesn't expose your library.
From the field to the kitchen drawer.
ctLibrary™ is intentionally flexible. Here are a few shapes it tends to take.
Emergency management
ICS forms, radio guides, channel plans, and the troubleshooting notes you wrote at 2 a.m. last March — all reachable on a phone with no signal.
Procedures & policies
The employee handbook, vendor docs, meeting notes, and the PTO instructions you keep re-asking HR for.
Important paperwork
Insurance cards, warranty PDFs, appliance manuals, and the wifi password your guest always asks for.
Manuals & forms
Course materials, study guides, and your own notes alongside them — together in one searchable place.
Your library never leaves your device.
ctLibrary™ is offline-first on purpose. Your documents, notes, folders, and categories live in private app storage on your phone — protected by the same encryption your phone already uses to protect everything else.
The only data we ever receive is your email address, and only when you choose to verify it to unlock the full app. No analytics, no advertising IDs, no tracking, ever.
Free. Verify your email to remove the starter caps.
Try the app instantly. When you're ready to use it for real, a one-time email verification removes all limits — still free, still offline.

Common questions.
Is ctLibrary™ really free?
Yes. ctLibrary™ is free to download and use. There's no subscription and no in-app purchase. A one-time email verification removes the starter caps on folders, categories, documents, and notes.
Where are my documents and notes stored?
Everything lives on your device in private app storage, protected by your phone's built-in encryption (iOS Data Protection or Android file-based encryption). The contents of your library are never uploaded anywhere.
Does ctLibrary™ work offline?
Yes. The app is designed to work fully offline. The only network call it ever makes is the one-time email verification round-trip. After that, airplane mode is fine.
What file types can I open inside the app?
PDFs open directly in-app. Images, plain text, Markdown, and CSV preview in-app. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preview when possible — and if not, you can open them with another app you already have on your device.
Why does the app ask for an email at all?
To keep the free app sustainable, the unverified version has starter caps. A one-time email verification removes them. We use the email to send the 6-digit code and the occasional product update — you can opt out from Settings any time.
Can I lock the app with a password or Face ID?
Yes. Settings includes an optional App Lock — set a password, and optionally enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock so anyone who picks up your phone can't open your library. Your password is never stored in plain text and never leaves the device.
What devices does ctLibrary™ support?
iOS and Android phones and tablets. Download from the App Store or Google Play.
One organized place for everything you need to keep handy.
Free. Offline. On the phone you already carry.
