SCPA tracking

Support Coordination Prior Authorization records scoped to the billing team only. The DDD Participant Search import flags SCPAs as billable when the monthly MT has been uploaded. SCs, QA, and supervisors never see it. Simple by design.

EVV (built in)

Internal visit verification with maps, staff path, signatures, and admin notes. PNB's EVV is an internal tracking tool — not a federal-EVV-compliance product, and not used to drive billing. (Federal EVV compliance and HHAeXchange aggregator integration arrive with CT Agency Suite, or pair PNB with the standalone CT EVV app.)
