Why did I get this email?
You received an email that came through ctAgencySuite™. This page says what it is and how to check that it is real.
What ctAgencySuite™ is
ctAgencySuite™ is software that agencies serving people with disabilities use to run their work. When someone at one of those agencies schedules a meeting with you, sends you a document to sign, or sends you a message, the email comes through ctAgencySuite™. It is written and sent by a real person at that agency.
Who really sent it
The sender's name shows the person and their agency, in the form "a person at an agency via ctAgencySuite." The top of the email names the same person and agency again with a phone number to call. When you reply, your reply goes to that person, not to us.
How to check
- Call the number at the top of the email, or the agency's main number, and ask.
- Reply to the email. Replies go to the person who sent it.
- Before you click a button, read the link address printed under it. Our links go only to the places listed below.
What we never ask for
The addresses our emails come from

- Meeting requests and calendar invitations, ctSignature™ signing requests, and other notices from the agency.
- directory@cozzitech.com
- Resource Directory messages and secure messages from an agency.
A calendar invitation may also arrive separately from the sender's own Google Calendar or Outlook.

For IT departments
Our mail is sent from the two addresses above and passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC for cozzitech.com. To let it through, add those addresses to your safe senders and, if you filter links, allow the domains listed above.
To report an email you believe is pretending to be us, forward it to notification@cozzitech.com.
